Lindsey Leonard
is a certified Pilates instructor based out of New York City. As an instructor, Lindsey works with precision and continuous flow, empowering clients to find joy through movement.

Reformer, Tower, and Reformer/Chair classes are available on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Pre/Postnatal Tower class Saturdays at 12:30pm.
Private sessions are also available through Aline Pilates.

The low-impact movements of classical Pilates, tailored to your changing body, are a safe way to:
